DE LUXE
De Luxe is a Bordeaux wine glass made of vinyl fabric, or fake leather. Tracing back to the history of wine and its serving products, De Luxe is inspired by the fact that wine was first served in leather vessels. The fake leather complements the classy nature of the wine glass and ties the modern cup to its past. The bowl and outward curved stem is also designed to be held in the palm of the hand for comfortable and stable drinking, as red wine is served at room temperature.

PACKAGING
De Luxe is cased in a wooden wine glass case. Connected by strong magnets and hinges embedded into the wood, the user is able to
1. detach the back side,
2. flip the boards inside-out and reattach the sides with the magnets,
3. flip the entire case upside-down,
4. and use the former case as a De Luxe wine glass holder.
